You undertake to publish the advertisement in the same city where the property is located. You are not entitled to display a property in one city while you are present in another city. 
You undertake to choose the correct type of property: apartment, shop, etc., as well as the classification (sale, rent). 
You agree to the accuracy of the information about the advertised property, including photos, description, and contact numbers.
You undertake to follow up on your advertisement and respond to customer inquiries through the contact numbers listed. You also undertake to close or remove the advertisement if you no longer wish to advertise. Upon completion of the sale or rental process, a mark indicating this will be placed within a maximum of two days.

500 riyal If the property is sold through the website Kroh Home Or was the reason for concluding a deal.
50 riyal If the property is rented through the website Kroh Home Or was the reason for renting a property.
