Exchange and Return Policy   

 

First: Recovery

You are entitled to a full refund of the service fee only before the service has been performed.  

You are not entitled to any refund of fees after the Service has commenced.

Second: Service replacement

You have the right to replace the service with another service before the service starts.  

If the new service fee is equal to the replaced service, the service will be provided immediately, provided that the request is submitted no later than 24 hours from the time of replacement.

Third: How to submit a refund request:

Contact us directly via WhatsApp on the following number: 0504881886 with a refund request and the following information:  

* order number.  

* Reason for refund request.

Fourth: The time period for refunding service fees:

The service fee will be refunded within 1 to 8 business days, after sending the name, bank account number, and IBAN via WhatsApp to the following number: 0504881886.

Notes:

1. The Terms of Service may be updated periodically by the provider, and you should check the terms directly with the relevant provider.

2. The “Kroh Home Real Estate Services (KROHHOME)” platform (website) shall not be liable in the event that the conditions do not match.

3. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the transfer was made, and the name registered with us on the platform must match if the payment is made through the platform (website).

4. We have the right to cancel the order for any reason without any liability on our part, and this does not entail any legal or financial claims.
